Qualifications

• SPM/High School Diploma or SKM certificates in related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with rolling and grinding machines is a plus.
• Ability to read calipers, micrometers and basic measuring equipment.
• Able to read blueprints and basic GD&T knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathe machines and assist in machine setup per work orders.
• Ensure daily production targets are met with quality and safety in mind.
• Inspect finished parts for compliance to SPC standards.
• Perform daily and monthly preventive maintenance on machines.
• Support other production areas to improve overall efficiency.
• Maintain 5S in the working area and follow supervisor instructions.
