Job summary

Toppan Security Malaysia SDN. BHD. is seeking a diligent Machine Operator to operate, monitor and maintain production machines, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality manufacturing output.

You will set up machines, perform pre-operation checks, monitor performance, handle materials, adjust settings, record data, and coordinate with technicians and QA teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires attentiveness, basic math, and the ability to work shifts and stand for

Qualifications

• SPM certification or equivalent qualifications.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good math and technical skills.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
• Ability to work shifts and stand for extended periods if needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate product and personalization machines according to SOPs.
• Set up machines and perform pre-operation checks before production starts.
• Monitor machine performance and production output to ensure quality standards.
• Handle raw materials, semi-finished cards, rejected cards and finished products properly.
• Adjust machine settings and perform minor troubleshooting during operation.
• Record production data, downtime, and machine issues accurately.
• Follow safety, security, and cleanroom/5S requirements at all times.
• Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, and quality control teams.
