Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Automotive/body repair college or vocational training.
• Industry-recognised welding or vehicle-repair qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Remove damaged body panels and components.
• Repair or replace doors, bonnets, wings, bumpers, and other panels.
• Carry out MIG/MAG welding and other joining techniques.
• Repair dents and minor body damage.
• Use measuring and alignment equipment.
• Prepare repaired areas for painting.
• Follow manufacturer repair procedures.
• Work safely with tools, machinery, paints, chemicals, and vehicles.
• Complete repair documentation and quality checks.
