Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines.
• Read engineering drawings and machine parts according to specifications.
• Prepare tools, fixtures, materials, and set machine offsets.
• Adjust or edit CNC program when needed to improve accuracy.
• Ensure all parts meet required quality and tolerance.
• Check parts using measuring tools like caliper, micrometer, and gauges.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and simple machine maintenance.
• Keep work area clean and follow safety rules.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to solve problems.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.
