Job description

We are looking for a customer-centric Pre-Sales Associate to join our growing team. Our client is a design interior company from Singapore seeking a remote presales position. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with a background in customer service who are passionate about building relationships and identifying business opportunities. You will play a key role in the early stages of the sales process, engaging with clients and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Initiate and maintain conversations with prospective clients to understand their interior design needs.
  2. Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring professionalism and clarity at all times.
  3. Work closely with the marketing and sales team to qualify leads and support the conversion process.
  4. Deliver excellent customer service during all client interactions, building trust and rapport.
  5. Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities and client conversations.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a plus.
  2. Strong communication skills, able to speak clearly, confidently, and professionally with clients.
  3. Proficiency in spoken Mandarin is required to support conversations with Mandarin-speaking clients.
