Job description

Assist the Design Officer in the design and preparation of the artwork, printing block and screen for new print jobs & Customer Service Executive for supporting customers as a link between customers and the various functions following up on customers’ requirements and ensure timely product delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare artwork, output film, printing block and upgrade cutter file.
  2. Filing of sales order & job envelope.
  3. Type quotation & other relevant clerical job.
  4. Issue job instruction, sales order & cutter if needed.
  5. Printing Thermal Printing for product.
  6. Coordinate some assigned customer’s order.
  7. Attend all customers’ calls, understand customers’ requirements and convey customers’ complaints.
  8. Keep track and filing of PO and other relevant document for future references.
  9. Any other duties as and when assigned by management.
