Job description

· Serve as the ISO Functional Representative for the Pre-Press department.

· Apply technical knowledge of pre-press cylinder processes to support quality output.

· Collaborate with the production team to review and evaluate all cylinder pre-press jobs.

· Ensure quality results by coordinating resources and applying suitable process technologies to meet

customer specifications.

· Work closely with the Pre-Press Team Leader to troubleshoot and resolve any non-conformance or potential

issues related to ink and cylinders.

· Maintain high standards of housekeeping and ensure adherence to safe work practices in handling cylinders.

· Assist in ordering new and remake cylinders as required.

· Manage and control cylinder inventory and storage effectively.

· Proactively identify and resolve operational issues with minimal supervision.

· Develop and maintain standard print setup procedures.

· Perform incoming inspections of cylinders in line with specifications and measurement requirements.

· Maintain accurate records of cylinder inventory and movements.

· Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors or management.

Requirements:

· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

· Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a pre-press or related manufacturing role.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.

· Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.

· Strong numerical and analytical abilities.

· Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative in assuming responsibilities.

· Dependable, hardworking, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

· Able to start work on short notice is an added advantage.
