Job description

We are looking for a dedicated Pre & Post Sales Support Executive to join our team in supporting the growing demand for healthcare simulation products. Based in Johor Bahru, this role offers flexibility to work from home, with occasional travel to support customer workshops and training sessions.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in sales and marketing activities for healthcare simulation solutions
2. Conduct product and feature demonstrations for potential clients (pre-sales support)
3. Provide follow-up support and coordination after sales (post-sales support)
4. Collaborate with the sales and technical support team to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction
5. Travel occasionally to assist in customer events, workshops, or training

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, or related field
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
3. Prior experience in Ultrasound or other modalities will be an advantage
4. Good communication skills, both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia
5. Able to work independently and coordinate remotely with internal teams
6. Willing to travel when needed
