Job description

Job Purpose

To support the Digital Freelance Team in the execution of monetization projects by managing project documentation, coordinating internal processes with corporate services (Finance, CLIC, Procurement, COMSS), and ensuring timely reporting and compliance with internal workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation & Administrative Support
    • Prepare, update, and manage official project documents including quotations, invoices, and reports.
    • Maintain an organized filing system for all documents related to monetization initiatives.
  • Internal Coordination
    • Liaise with internal departments such as Finance, CLIC, COMSS, and Procurement to ensure smooth processing of documents and approvals.
    • Track and follow up on submission status and escalate delays where necessary.
  • Project Tracking & Reporting
    • Assist in compiling progress updates, data input, and reporting for ongoing monetization pipelines.
    • Support in creating decks, summaries, and memos for project presentations or internal reviews.
  • Process Compliance
    • Ensure that all documentation adheres to MDEC’s SOPs and compliance requirements.
    • Assist in audit preparation and data reconciliation when needed.
  • General Support
    • Participate in team meetings, take minutes, and support other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
