Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the acquisition of new-to-Premier Private Banking clients with AUM RM3mil & above.
  2. Prospect, identify and cross sell the OCBC Premier Private Banking client value proposition to target segment.
  3. Present client value proposition to target audience through collaboration with internal business partners and also to better achieve mutual business goals together.
  4. Work in partnership with assigned Premier Private Banking Centre team to enhance vicinity customer base and to meet clients’ unique needs.
  5. Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet for the bank.
  6. Organize acquisition activities to get new sources of lead generation and new business.
  7. Fixing of appointments through telesales & networking.
  8. Conduct all required KYC, AML procedures and documentation.
  9. Meet the compliance and control standards set in the end to end client onboarding process.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 3 years of excellent acquisition sales or business development experience in the high net worth space.
  2. Tertiary Education, preferably Bachelor’s degree.
  3. Strong new relationship building skills.
  4. Possess a sharp business development focus and demonstrative innovative approaches.
  5. Able to anticipate client requests/needs and resolves queries in a timely manner.
  6. Demonstrates a natural interest about the economy, local markets and regional.
  7. Highly driven and positively motivated.
  8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Polished and mature to handle the affluent market segment.
  10. Efficient in MS Office Suite.
