Job Responsibilities:

1. Plans and procures materials necessary to meet manufacturing build requirements for one or several product lines.2. Place purchase orders to the supplier, manage inventory, and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.3. Reviews forecasted requirements and purchases materials in accordance to forecast.4. Ensure materials are available to meet manufacturing build requirements. Matches material requirements and inventory turnover so as not to hold too high of inventory at any time.5. Plan the schedule timely based on material requirements for customer forecasts. Reviews manufacturing production goals and plans accordingly.6. Analyze inputs (eg., Capacity, board cycle times, urgency of request, material availability, etc) to help determine the schedule.7. Plan and manage production capacity to ensure that the production schedule can be met.8. Responsible and manage production schedules, including setting priorities, allocating resources, and coordinate with production ensure the committed ship plan without disruption or delay.9. Rectify and/or reconcile differences and inaccuracies that have to do with shipment and deliveries to customers.10. Ensure all the different processes and schedules are followed judiciously so as to attain great efficiency.11. Maintain different reporting to ensure data are accurate and also timely.12. Work with Production Manager for RBA compliance.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.2. Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in the related department. (EMS Industry)3. Relevant experience with MRP especially in SAP will be an added advantage.4. Knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, ppt and multiple business applications.5. Knowledge of production planning fundamentals, scheduling, materials requirements planning techniques and manufacturing control systems.6. Strong Analytical Mind, Problem Solving Skill, Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills.
