PPC manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Taking the lead as the driver for Order Fulfillment.
2. Ensuring that Strategic Material Planning Processes and Production Planning Processes are in place to enable operational and production continuity.
3. Leading coordination efforts by working closely with internal and external parties to ensure the supply of materials meets production requirements.
4. Developing the master production schedule to meet demand surpluses and collaborating with the Production Department to optimize resource utilization for efficiency and productivity.
5. Establishing and supporting individual and team performance goals aligned with business strategy.
6. Responsible for and coordinating annual physical inventory activities.
7. Managing a team of Buyers, Material Planners, and Production Planners.

Job Requirements

1. At least 3 years of relevant experience managing Material Planning and Production Planning in high-volume manufacturing is highly preferred.
2. Significant experience in materials planning and production planning.
3. Good working knowledge and experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems or similar tools.
4. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, strong negotiation skills, and solid decision-making and execution capabilities.
5. Proficiency in oral and written communication in Mandarin, English, and Malay; candidates proficient in Mandarin are preferred for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
6. The ability to adapt to a dynamically changing environment is essential.
7. Strong business acumen.
