Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of equipment maintenance experience in automotive or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and automated equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment and automation systems.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and TPM.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure availability and reliability.
• Diagnose failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Support installation, commissioning, relocation, and decommissioning of manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and repair logs.
• Collaborate with Production, Process Engineering, and Quality teams to minimize downtime and meet targets.
• Support safety, TPM and continuous improvement initiatives.
