Tap Growth ai, a leading Malaysian poultry producer, is seeking an experienced Poultry Farm Manager to oversee daily operations across layer and broiler units. You will manage performance metrics, staff scheduling, and biosecurity, ensuring high yields and bird welfare while maintaining cost efficiency.

The role requires a degree or Diploma in animal sciences and 8+ years of supervisory poultry experience, with strong leadership and Mandarin proficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of supervisory or management experience in poultry.
• Proficient in Mandarin.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of poultry health, biosecurity and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee farm operations for layer and broiler units.
• Monitor daily performance data (FCR, mortality, egg rate).
• Monitor bird welfare, feeding, water intake and vaccination schedules.
• Oversee automated feeding, drinking and climate control housing systems.
• Coordinate with veterinary, nutrition and technical teams.
• Manage farm budgets, machinery maintenance, inventory and supplies.
• Enforce strict biosecurity measures and regulatory compliance.
• Hire, train, schedule and supervise daily farm labor and staff.
• Monitor operating expenses, manage production budgets and yield records.
