Qualifications

• Degree in Materials Science, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Applied Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with advanced analytical techniques (XPS, ToF-SIMS, AFM, Raman, ellipsometry) and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Develop Post Sputter Engineering processes, focusing on lubrication and tape polish.
• Qualify new processes by collecting data and using statistical tools.
• Lead Post Sputter Engineering activities in NPI task forces.
• Coordinate NPI runs in the post-sputter area.
• Document processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Use Minitab and Spotfire for data-driven decisions.
• Lead FMEA, Process Verification, and IMS activities for post-sputter processes.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Engineering, QA, Analytics, and other teams to drive improvements.
