• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing related field, preferably in semiconductor/electronics manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and precision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
• Strong technical report writing and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and coach/train technicians and coordinate sputter systems activities from front end to back end.
• Audit sputter parameters and practice periodically; implement online SPC and procedure conformance.
• Work with shift teams to sustain sputter process, improve yield and quality.
• Ensure safety and adherence to processes; perform other supervisor tasks as needed.
