• Understanding of memory subsystem architecture (Controller + PHY + DRAM).
• Electrical validation and lab debugging skills with scope, analyzers, and protocol analysis.
• Hands-on experience with oscilloscope/logic/protocol analyzers; scripting for automation in Linux environments.
