• Coordinate post‑production workflows across projects and teams.
• Schedule resources, track milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure QA standards and on‑time delivery of final files.
• Maintain project documentation and client/vendor communications.
• Support or mentor junior staff and share process improvements.
• Collaborate with production and other departments to optimise workflows.
• On‑site work as required and align with team arrangements.
