Qualifications

• 10 years and above relevant banking and wealth management experience.

Functional (job responsibilities)

• Apply portfolio management and market knowledge to promote the full product suite in meeting client's needs.
• Work closely with Private Bankers and Client Advisors to develop the best roadmap for asset allocation commensurate with individual risk profile, in adherence to internal compliance and local regulations.
• Execute plans to increase product awareness amongst U/HNW clients on new offerings.
• Execute plans to drive new investment flows and retain existing businesses.

Organizational (organizational responsibilities)

• Responsible for achieving targets and contributing towards the Private Banking franchise, in line with the Bank's Wealth Management Strategy.
• Responsible for PBC audit and compliance in line with the Bank's internal policy, standard and procedures and other regulatory requirements.

Education/Qualification

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Banking/Investment/Finance or a related field from reputable universities.

Experience

• 10 years and above relevant banking and wealth management experience.
• 5 years and above relevant experience in U/HNW banking and wealth management products and related experience.
• Proven track record of accomplishment in the U/HNW segment.

Special Skills

• Excellent commercial acumen, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Able to make independent decisions with minimal supervision.
• Highly motivated and result-driven.

Certification/Licensing Requirements

• Possess relevant certification and licenses in Investment, Treasury and Bancassurance.
