Job Summary

Responsible for processing and updating project activities to ensure prompt completion within set benchmarks and deadlines. Able to propose solution-based data/statistics.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities

• Initiate processes as specified by the company and handle Servicing Requests from customers for Takaful/Life insurance.
• Present data to support decision-making for solutions.
• Assist superiors in participating in product meetings.
• Assist in preparing system and business requirements.
• Perform system and new product testing.
• Prepare relevant documents for sign-off before, during, and after UAT.
• Assist in monitoring test results.
• Review processes and propose automation or improvements.
• Ensure all activities meet quality, performance standards, and deadlines.
• Prepare and review relevant documents such as WI, regulatory guides, and policy contracts.
• Support team members in daily problem-solving.
• Assist with ad-hoc assignments/projects from management as required.
• Ensure compliance with the Takaful Act 1984, Bank Negara Guidelines, MTA Guidelines, Departmental Benchmarks, and audit requirements.

Job Requirements

• Education: Degree or Diploma with relevant experience.
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in the Insurance Industry.
• Knowledge in Life Insurance/Takaful, with good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel/Big Data.
• Ability to produce high-quality work under pressure with the right attitude.
• Sound processing and product knowledge.
