Job description

Job Summary

Responsible for Life & Family operational support, business process analysis, processing of service requests as authorized, and other responsibilities or duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support Life and Family Servicing requests processing and approve up to authority limit assigned.
  2. Participate in system enhancement, process improvement, and digital projects, including:
  3. Coordinate with superiors and IT or system support teams.
  4. Assist superiors in project meetings.
  5. Assist in preparing system/business requirements and reviewing business processes.
  6. Prepare test scripts and perform User Acceptance Testing.
  7. Prepare sign-off documents from stakeholders.
  8. Prepare implementation sign-off documents.
  9. Assist in monitoring results post-implementation.
  10. Provide operational support including reporting, data analysis, and updating working instructions / SOPs.
  11. Ensure all activities meet quality, performance, and timeline standards.
  12. Review and recommend measures to improve existing processes and systems.

Job Requirements

Qualifications/Experience

  • Education: Degree or Diploma with relevant experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year working in the Insurance Industry.

Technical Skills

  • Essential: PC literacy and excellent communication skills.
  • Desirable: Knowledge in Life Insurance/Takaful, good interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
