• Diploma or Degree in Marine Nautical Science and/or Marine Engineering.
• Experience in the Marine industry as a 2nd / 3rd Class Marine Engineer or as a Superintendent.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant sailing experience in the marine industry or equivalent.
• Working experience in marine software (Planned Maintenance System).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Team Management.
• Project management experience, including managing multiple projects, work prioritization, resource coordination, and planning, is an advantage.
