Job Title: PMO Executive – Project Coordinator

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or related civil/technical roles.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good knowledge of civil engineering concepts, drawings, and site practices.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work across multiple projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and proactive approach.

  • Willing to travel to project sites as needed.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

Job Summary

The PMO Executive – Project Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of projects managed by the Technical - PMO. The role involves coordination between departments, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring civil works are executed in line with client requirements. This position is suitable for candidates with a civil engineering background and a passion for project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support project implementation from initiation to completion.
  • Serve as the main contact between internal teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor and update project timelines, schedules, deliverables, and resources using project management tools.
  • Attend site visits to assess site conditions and ensure proper execution of civil works.
  • Review and interpret architectural and civil drawings, advising the team accordingly.
  • Track and escalate delays, non-compliances, or issues related to civil works at project sites.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation such as work schedules, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Collaborate with procurement and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.
  • Support the PMO in maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain project documentation and filing systems in compliance with ISO standards.
