Role Overview

We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-driven PMO, CEO Office to drive key initiatives across all departments, including HR, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and more. This role will be responsible for ensuring alignment between business objectives, project execution, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate comes from a consulting background with expertise in project governance, business transformation, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a structured project management framework to improve execution and efficiency across all departments.
  2. Partner with department heads to identify business challenges, provide strategic recommendations, and drive execution.
  3. Establish best practices, governance models, and policies to ensure consistency and accountability in project execution.
  4. Oversee and manage high-priority projects driven by the CEO, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact.
  5. Lead company-wide transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and stakeholder engagement.
  6. Define key success metrics for major projects, track progress, and implement continuous improvements.
  7. Identify and implement the right tools and methodologies to enhance productivity and collaboration.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Consulting Background: 3-6 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm (Big 4 or equivalent) focusing on business strategy, operations, or transformation is an added value.
  2. Project Management Expertise.
  3. Strong knowledge of PMO methodologies.
  4. Ability to work across multiple business functions and manage complex, high-impact projects.
  5. Experience working with C-level executives and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
  6. Strong ability to assess business challenges, provide data-driven insights, and drive execution.
  7. Experience leading large-scale transformation projects.
  8. Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, MS Project, or equivalent.
  9. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills to ensure alignment and execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. MBA or relevant Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  2. Experience in digital transformation or enterprise-wide process improvements.
