Job summary

6255 UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a PMO Analyst to support the efficient delivery of projects, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to established methodologies within the PMO.

You will prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations, while collaborating with multiple departments to drive successful outcomes for the UOB Group Wholesale Banking initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a PMO or project coordination role.
• Experience in shared service centre offshoring and transition management is preferable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining PMO methodologies, standards, and tools.
• Monitor project progress: schedule, budget, scope; align with plans.
• Prepare and consolidate status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Support project managers in resource planning, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate project meetings, document minutes, and track actions to closure.
• Ensure data accuracy in project management systems and repositories.
• Conduct analysis of project performance data to identify trends, deviations, and areas for improvement.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring proper version control and accessibility.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless project execution and communication.

Job Summary

The PMO Analyst at UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd plays a critical role in supporting the efficient and effective delivery of projects and programs. This position involves monitoring project performance, ensuring adherence to established methodologies, and providing insights to facilitate informed decision-making within the Project Management Office.
