Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PMC Planner to oversee and coordinate our production planning, procurement, logistics, and internal operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth production flow, timely delivery, and effective communication across departments and with external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations and verify invoicing for new client products
• Develop and track monthly procurement plans based on production schedules
• Coordinate production processes and resolve interdepartmental issues
• Supervise inventory, manage scrap processes, and ensure uninterrupted operations
• Adjust production plans based on order status and customer requirements
• Manage external vendors and support corrective/preventive measures
• Guide and evaluate team members' performance and ensure safety/environmental compliance
• Compile and present weekly, monthly, and half-yearly reports

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in production or planning roles preferred
• Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English (verbal & written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Familiar with manufacturing workflows and planning systems
