PM Assistant Engineer

Kinetics Systems Sdn Bhd (Cyberjaya)

(Basic RM2300- RM2500 with special Allowance) - Kindly, refer to basic salary and apply.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PM Assistant Engineer located in Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia. As a PM Assistant Engineer, your day-to-day tasks will include assisting with daily operation, HWM and maintenance. Additionally, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and maintain smooth operation that comply with safety.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned by PM Engineer.
  • Assist in monitoring all work performed by outside contractors/vendors
  • Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and the effective functioning of the work unit.
  • Assist the TCGM or HWM operations if needed and necessary.
  • Update the inventory of spare parts, parts and consumables and other materials related to maintenance.
  • To liaise with client and to fulfil customer requirement.
  • To follow up with ad-hoc activity assigned by client
  • To meet the KPI and all legal requirement at site and client.
  • Any other task assigned by Management from time to time.
  • Maintained and organized the documentation through ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, managed safety programs and ensured compliance with all regulatory safety requirements.
  • Effectively support the organization’s stakeholders/users in Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015).
  • To ensure all related processes for TCGM for the Quality Management Systems
  • (QMS) are established, implemented, and maintained.
  • Maintaining day to day operation to move smoothly.
  • To update daily PM routine/non routine activity to Engineer & Coordinator.
  • To update Preventive Maintenance, Ad-hoc activity to customer in monthly basis.
  • To ensure 5s and housekeeping is well maintained on-site during working hour
  • To ensure zero breakdown and facility interruption on distribution network and process.
  • To ensure that injury-free environment by maintaining zero accident, zero incident and zero environmental accident.
  • To fulfill customer’s needs and satisfaction through Key Performance Indicator program administrative and personnel services in order to meet legislative requirements
  • Provide support to departmental operations.
  • To monitor follow-up and perform minor troubleshooting at Gas Detection System (GDS), CDM System, and Compress Dry Air (CDA)
  • To assist the company and client during system failure, power failures or any other abnormalities

QUALIFICATIONS

Possess minimum a Diploma/Degree in engineering/ others with at least 1 - 3 years of related working experience or fresh graduate in chemical and logistics.

The PM Assistant Engineer shall have proficient knowledge in the following areas:

  • Other applications such as Microsoft Word, Power point, Excel, Outlook, Etc.
  • Preparation of service report and documentations.
  • Electrical, mechanical, instrument, electronic and Environment Health and Safety.
  • Conduct internal or external training on Environment Health and Safety.
  • Familiar with Emergency Response Team (ERT) responsibilities.
  • Attended safety training in approved government agency such as NIOSH is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in 8D report presentation, FMEA and Continues Improvement Program (CIP).
  • Familiar with ISO 14001 and ISO 9001:2008 auditing and certification process.
  • Attended professional training on scheduled waste management system handling with professional and recognized organizations.
  • Familiar with DOE rule and regulation.
