Job summary

Dyson in Malaysia's Global Development Campus, Johor Bahru, is seeking a Lead Specialist - Technical Architect (PLM) to shape PLM architectures and drive integration across Teamcenter, NX CAD, and related tools. The role partners with IT and business stakeholders to deliver scalable PLM solutions.

The successful candidate will own PLM technical designs, governance, and roadmaps, working with external vendors and internal teams to ensure robust, future-ready PLM capability.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering architecture on PLM platforms.
• Knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter and NX CAD integrations.
• Ability to influence at senior levels and communicate effectively.
• Experience with PLM tooling configuration and deployment.
• Experience with Teamcenter patches, upgrades, and BMIDE basics.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver PLM platform designs.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and vendors on technical designs.
• Align delivery plans with business stakeholders and governance.
• Produce PLM design documentation.
• Evaluate PLM toolsets and plan roadmaps.
