Responsibilities
- Design, program, and maintain PLC and SCADA systems for automation projects.
- Develop ladder logic, function block, and structured text programs for industrial controllers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize PLC-based control systems.
- Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers on automation solutions.
- Integrate PLCs with HMI (Human Machine Interface), sensors, actuators, and industrial networks.
- Perform system testing, commissioning, and on-site support.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in PLC programming and automation (advantage).
- Proficiency in Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Omron PLCs (Schneider, Mitsubishi and ABB PLCs optional).
- Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.).
- Experience with SCADA, HMI development, and industrial networking.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for installations and support (if required).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (Optional).
Extra Qualifications
- Experience with C++, Python, or other scripting languages for automation.
