What you'll do

• Global IT Transformation & Cross-Platform Collaboration
  Be an active contributor to Knauf's global IT transformation by enabling efficient program delivery through a collaborative cross-platform setup.
  
• Salesforce Deployment & Release Management
  Manage Salesforce environment deployments across various stages (Dev, QA, SIT, UAT, etc.) using tools like Copado, while executing best practices in CI/CD and release management
  
• Independent Deployment Execution & TroubleshootingTake ownership of deployment plans, ensuring smooth, error-free rollouts, especially for projects outside European business hours (preferably APAC), while resolving issues promptly.
  
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Process TransparencyCollaborate with global teams, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and maintain structured documentation to ensure transparency and continuous improvement in deployment processes.
  
• Continuous Learning & Innovation
  Stay updated on Salesforce and Copado advancements, participate in post- deployment reviews, and implement innovative solutions to enhance deployment efficiency and effectiveness.

Who you are

• Willingness to travel to Knauf sites on all continents occasionally.
• University degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a comparable field.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce deployments and pipeline management, with hands-on experience in Copado (configuration, deployment, and release management).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD tools, and medium proficiency in Salesforce development and administration.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English (proficiency in German is a plus), with
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps principles as an advantage.
