Job summary

Leanis Solutions Sdn Bhd is establishing a Platform Engineering capability to improve how our engineering teams build, test and release software. We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to help development and QA teams establish consistent CI practices.

Your initial focus will be implementing CI pipelines that provide fast feedback, improve code quality and identify problems before changes reach production.

Qualifications

• Practical experience implementing or maintaining CI pipelines.
• Familiarity with at least one CI/CD platform (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Ability to write and maintain scripts in Bash or Python.
• Experience running automated tests as part of a pipeline.
• Knowledge of linting, static analysis or dependency scanning.

Responsibilities

• Review existing build and testing processes with guidance from the hiring manager.
• Build and maintain CI pipelines for selected applications.
• Automate application builds, dependency installation, test execution and artifact creation.
• Configure pull-request/merge-request validation and branch protections.
• Ensure artifacts are versioned and traceable to source code and pipeline run.
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures with developers and QA engineers.
• Document pipeline usage and common troubleshooting procedures.
