Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic manufacturing with supervisory/management exposure.
• Extensive planning experience: production, operation, capacity, manpower, and scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems for production planning, inventory, and work orders.
• Proven leadership, analytics, problem-solving and clear communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise end-to-end production and daily operations for plastic molding.
• Plan and coordinate operation planning, production planning, manpower, capacity, and schedules.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify bottlenecks, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support overall operations.
