Responsibilities

1. Oversee and improve manufacturing operations, establish and drive production goals, and develop organizational structures.
2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures, providing resources and training.
3. Develop performance and efficiency metrics, identify areas for improvement, and report results to executive leadership.
4. Manage daily plastic injection molding department effectively and ensure best practices.
5. Plan manpower capacity, arrange work schedules, review production planning to achieve targets and timely delivery.
6. Ensure all equipment, tools, materials, and supplies are readily available for production processes.
7. Assure product and process quality are compliant with internal and customer expectations.
8. Act as the primary contact for overseeing and maintaining product item master data and serve as the product owner.
9. Drive the strategy for managing product master data, collaborating with stakeholders and analytics partners, and evaluating data practices.
10. Work with senior management to understand future needs and formulate a data strategy that promotes customer-centricity.
11. Implement risk management methods to reduce project risks.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in a related field or equivalent.
2. Required skills include critical thinking, problem solving, process validation, manufacturing line transfer, and project management.
