Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator based in Petaling Jaya to coordinate monthly maintenance for chiller systems, cooling towers, water pumps, and water treatment. You will liaise with MVM, track progress, attend site discussions, and support reporting for executive reviews.

Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields and at least 1 year of related experience; OSH-C qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service tasks with MVM and coordinate monthly service for chiller, cooling tower, water pump, and water treatment
• Obtain updates on service progress and parameter summary from operator
• Attend site meetings with MVM and provide advice on operational matters
• Update daily staff attendance (Operator) in chiller plant
• Prepare reports for executive review of chiller plant operations
• Produce monthly power usage summaries and water/electrical usage reports
• Cover other site tasks as requested by Service Account Manager
• Create quotations for the service team
