Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Service Engineer to support the chiller plant operations in our Malaysia site. The role involves scheduling service tasks with MVM, coordinating monthly service activities for chillers, cooling towers, water pumps, and water treatment, and preparing executive reports on plant performance.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering, has around one year of related experience, and OSH-C qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields.
• 1 year of related experience.
• OSH-C qualified is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service task with MVM and coordinate on the monthly service for chiller, cooling tower, water pump and water treatment including annual chiller ASD & quarterly legionella test.
• Obtain updates on the service progress and parameter summary update from operator.
• Attend site meeting with MVM and provide advice on operational related matter.
• Update daily staff attendance (Operator) in chiller plant.
• Provide report compilation for the executive report for chiller plant: Service task completion, Monthly summary of power usage report, Summary of water and electrical usage report.
• Cover other site (DLP, PSA & O&M) as requested by Service Account Manager.
• Create quotation for service team
