Job summary
Kanry Search is seeking an experienced Head of Maintenance, Facilities & Automation (MNC) to oversee site maintenance, facilities and automation. You will lead reliability improvements, develop technical capabilities, and drive safe, efficient operations to support business growth.
The role requires 8–10 years in manufacturing maintenance or related fields, strong leadership, hands-on automation knowledge, and experience with EOLOS.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 8–10 years in manufacturing maintenance, facilities management, engineering, automation or technical support.
- Strong expertise in machine reliability, preventive and predictive maintenance, and problem solving.
- Hands-on with automation, shopfloor digitalisation and manufacturing systems; EOLOS familiarity is a plus.
- Proven experience delivering technical projects with budgeting, scheduling and risk management.
- Leadership and people development to drive improvement and reliability.
- Effective communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance, facilities & automation with clear priorities and performance expectations.
- Develop team capability through coaching and succession planning.
- Improve equipment availability via preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Investigate recurring failures and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
- Set maintenance standards and monitor KPIs for reliability.
- Identify and implement automation to boost productivity, quality and safety.
- Drive shopfloor digitalisation and upgrade manufacturing systems (EOLOS).
- Oversee facilities, utilities and infrastructure to support daily operations.
- Monitor energy usage and drive efficiency improvements to reduce lifecycle costs.
- Manage technical projects from concept to stabilisation and handover.
