Job summary

A manufacturing company in Malaysia is seeking a candidate to operate a process plant according to SOP. Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in relevant engineering fields preferred.
• SPM holders with extensive experience in oleochemical/manufacturing are welcomed.
• Must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Operate process plant as per SOP (plant start up, shutdown, emergency shutdown, change over and normal operation).
• Monitor process operation and Product Quality as per SOP.
• Daily routine housekeeping in plant.
• Ensuring that safety and environmental rules and programs are strictly adhered to.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent will be added advantage.
• SPM holders with vast working experience within the oleochemical/manufacturing industry are encouraged to apply.
• Able to read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work on rotating shift.
• Willing to work at Telok Panglima Garang.
