Job Description

• Oversee and lead the operations team to ensure the production facility runs efficiently and meets performance targets.
• Inspire and manage team to maintain high product quality and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Develop and implement policies focused on improving productivity, quality, cost efficiency, compliance, and workplace safety.
• Play an active role in the leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and resolving operational challenges.
• Supervise all plant support functions to ensure they are aligned with overall business goals.
• Establish systems to monitor and evaluate performance in terms of productivity, cost, and revenue.
• Enforce safety and security standards through training and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 15 years of experience in manufacturing, ideally within the electronics sector.
• Proven track record in a senior leadership position.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues and implement practical solutions.
• Comfortable working in a low-automation environment driven by high levels of product customization.
• Excellent leadership and people management capabilities with the ability to build and develop effective teams.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
• Mandarin language skills are a plus, as the role involves communication with stakeholders based in China.
