3. Warehouse & Supply Chain

Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution of finished goods.

Ensure efficient storage, handling, and logistics of raw materials and packaging.

Work with commercial and logistics teams to meet customer delivery requirements.

4. Quality, Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with local feed regulations.

Uphold strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in line with OSHA and DOSH requirements.

Maintain robust quality assurance systems to ensure customer satisfaction and regulatory readiness.

5. Asset & Resource Management

Oversee plant maintenance and reliability programs, ensuring minimum downtime.

Optimize use of energy, equipment, and materials to reduce costs.

Ensure capex projects are executed on time and within budget.

Develop and manage plant budgets, controlling opex and capex.

Monitor key KPIs: throughput, OEE, energy consumption/MT, yield, safety incidents, and cost efficiency.

Implement process improvements to achieve cost savings and productivity gains.

Drive Lean/Kaizen/Six Sigma projects across production and warehouse operations.

Collaborate with R&D and nutrition teams for new product introductions and process optimization.

Implement digital tools and automation for monitoring and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.

10+ years in feed mill, with at least 5 years in plant management.

Strong knowledge of extrusion/pelleting and aqua feed manufacturing technologies.

Proven leadership managing managers/engineers across production, warehouse, and plant operations.

Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and automation projects an advantage.
