About the Job

This position is responsible for leading Manufacturing, Logistics, and Technical Operations at a production facility, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality products on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, meeting all environmental and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee plant operations including capital expenditure, maintenance, facility needs, and environmental compliance.
  • Support quality systems such as HACCP, GMP, GFSI, and ensure readiness for third-party audits.
  • Drive cost efficiency, monitor budgets, and manage production schedules.
  • Lead logistics operations including inventory planning, production scheduling, and distribution.
  • Ensure raw material procurement in coordination with the Asia Supply Chain team.
  • Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives for the site.
  • Serve as Environmental Management Representative, aligning plant practices with local regulations and client standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR and Finance, to support staff development, communication, and performance management.
  • Represent the site in strategic initiatives across the Asian region.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field; minimum 10 years of plant experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (preferably in food or chemical manufacturing).
  • Proven leadership in managing production processes, teams, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to make sound decisions quickly and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Familiarity with quality and food safety standards.
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and problem-solving ability.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and handling multiple priorities.
