Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme en ingénierie et une expérience dans le secteur des semi-conducteurs. Ce rôle existe pour établir des normes élevées de qualité de produit tout en optimisant la productivité et les coûts de production.

Qualifications

• Diplôme en ingénierie requis, Master ou PhD favorisé.
• Expérience en fabrication et gestion de projets dans le secteur des semi-conducteurs.
• Capacité à guider les équipes dans des situations complexes.

Responsibilities

• Responsabilité opérationnelle complète pour la performance de l'usine.
• Optimisation des processus d'affaires et gestion des ressources.

Job description

Description:

• Full operational responsibility for the overall performance of the plant including operations, maintenance, manufacturing and process engineering functions.
• To initiate the acquisition of all resources needed, i.e. personnel and equipment, allocates all engineering and operational resources to assure operability and is responsible for ensuring the adequate competence levels of the organization. With key targets for the plant’s flow factor, yield, productivity, reliability and delivery, product quality and production cost.
• To support all kinds of process transfers ensuring an optimized setting up of the plant’s production capabilities
• To optimize business processes and assure optimized resource sharing.
• To support development projects to improve manufacturability and assure optimized support for development activities for a smooth transition from development to production.

Requirements:

• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, PhD holders preferably in Engineering.
• Experience in semiconductor background with manufacturing/ engineering and project management.
• Ability to guide teams in complex, stressful situations by giving structure in project work and communication with customers.
• Ability to manage engineering team, process and program management.
