Responsibilities:

1. Full operational responsibility for the overall performance of the plant, including operations, maintenance, manufacturing, and process engineering functions.
2. Initiate the acquisition of all resources needed, i.e., personnel and equipment, and allocate all engineering and operational resources to ensure operability. Responsible for maintaining adequate competence levels within the organization.
3. Set key targets for the plant’s flow factor, yield, productivity, reliability, delivery, product quality, and production cost.
4. Support process transfers to ensure optimized setup of the plant’s production capabilities.
5. Optimize business processes and ensure effective resource sharing.
6. Support development projects to improve manufacturability and facilitate smooth transition from development to production.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or PhD in Engineering preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, engineering, and project management.
• Ability to guide teams in complex, stressful situations by providing structure in project work and customer communication.
• Ability to manage engineering teams, processes, and program management.
