Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to implement smart manufacturing solutions.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure all process improvements align with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with QA teams to maintain high product quality standards.

Support the implementation of GMP, HACCP, ISO, and SMETA requirements.

Change Management

Train employees in process improvements, best practices, and new technologies or solutions.

Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of process improvements.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement, manufacturing, or plant operations industries or equivalent.

This position is based at Sitiawan, Perak.
