Job summary

Linkwing in Kulai, Johor, Malaysia is seeking a disciplined maintenance technician to perform routine preventive maintenance on plant machinery and equipment, including inspections, lubrication, and component replacement. Responsibilities

Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment, including inspections, lubrication and component replacement.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Conduct repairs on mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems within plant and production facilities.
Strictly implement 5S management standards and keep tool rooms, offices clean, with proper waste handling.
Register and cooperate with on-site vendors or outsourced contractors and inspect repair results.
Maintain records of maintenance work and ensure accurate documentation.
Comply with factory safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Respond to emergency repair tasks at any time to keep factory facilities running smoothly.
