We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Executive – Planning & Service Engineer to join our dynamic Planning & Services team. This role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering service activities, aiming to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and drive continuous service delivery improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Planning Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of short- and long-term project schedules and resource plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely availability of materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Monitor project progress and compile daily/weekly planning and execution reports.
• Support capacity planning, forecasting, and workload distribution initiatives.
• Contribute to cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement planning efforts.
• Provide support for on-site service and maintenance activities, including installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment/systems.
• Assist senior engineers during technical support and field service operations.
• Document service tasks and generate detailed service reports.
• Ensure all fieldwork complies with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any post-service issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems and service procedures.
