We are looking for a Financial Planning & Reporting Specialist to:
- Be responsible for the financial planning processes across the businesses within Nestlé in the Market (MBS, MBP, DF), ensuring flawless execution and high-quality deliverables.
- Ensure accurate, timely, efficient, and compliant management reporting.
A day in the life...
- Planning
- Ensure a solid business planning process is in place across the business/region to provide management with full transparency on forecasts, gaps, risks, and opportunities.
- Provide quality financial information and analysis to assist in decision-making, highlighting potential risks and opportunities.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis on various financial KPIs for Actuals and Dynamic Forecast (DF) for stakeholders such as CDS, Group CFO, etc.
- Drive the consolidation and reporting of planning cycles (MBS, MBP, DF) across businesses and countries, coordinating with co-pilots and business partners using appropriate management tools.
- Support the deployment and promotion of Business Planning and Reporting Best Practices and Tools across the organization.
- General Reporting
- Provide transparency on business KPIs via periodic and ad hoc reports to local management.
- Drive standardization and centralization of local management reporting, utilizing available tools like One Source.
- Responsible for Group Reporting (SACT, PACT, Management Letter).
- Coordinate with NBS to ensure cost allocations for P&L are aligned with policies.
- Generating Demand (GD) Support, Marketing
- Provide periodic reporting of PFME with basic and ad-hoc analysis.
- Provide periodic reporting of Sales and Trade investment with analysis.
- Support Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) implementation by developing relevant reporting tools.
What will make you successful
- Prior experience in Accounting / Finance functions such as Controlling, Decision Support, Operations Finance, Internal Audit, or Commercial Control.
- Experience in financial planning and reporting.
- Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- Experience in Data Analytics and Process automation.
