Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to develop and maintain the Global Supply Plan (GSP) and optimize inventory across multiple sites. You will work with sales, marketing, operations, and procurement to align forecasts with production capacity and material availability.

This role involves analyzing supply chain data, supporting S&OP meetings, monitoring KPIs, and driving improvements to ensure efficient planning and accurate reporting to management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Global Supply Plan (GSP) to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels and production capacity.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations and procurement to gather demand forecasts, production capabilities and material availability information.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Utilize advanced planning tools and methodologies to create accurate and actionable supply plans.
• Monitor KPIs related to supply chain performance and drive corrective actions as needed.
• Participate in S&OP meetings, providing insights and recommendations on supply chain strategies.
• Manage inventory levels across various locations, ensuring optimal stock rotation and minimizing obsolescence.
• Support process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the GSP planning function.
• Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to management.
