Responsibilities
- Provide planning support to the Well Integrity & Services Team.
- Cost controller with SAP knowledge to raise PO, PR, review invoices, and track expenditure for business continuity.
- Prepare and monitor well surveillance, production optimization, well integrity, and well work budgets.
- Update, maintain, and verify the Well Integrity & Services (WIS) performance database.
- Prepare, monitor, and update the WIS KPIs.
- Monitor and administer WIS contracts.
- Carry out routine business support, administrative tasks, and routine reporting and analysis.
Business Planning for Near & Long-Term Activities
- Intermediate knowledge of SAP to raise PO, PR, SE, review invoices, and track expenditure for WIS.
- Primary focal person for Well Integrity & Services Team (WIS) for the yearly Work Program and Budget (WP&B) submission.
- Plan and execute yearly activities.
- Update the CAPEX & OPEX budgets monthly.
- Verify charges are correctly and accurately input based on the cost trackers.
- Collaborate with Finance to prepare, submit, and present the Monthly Financial Report to CHOC Senior Managers.
- Manage and update the WIS Data Gathering Plan (DGP) & performance database.
- Oversee the Surveillance/Data Acquisition Schedule and Well Intervention Schedule.
Inventory Management and Planning for Well Integrity & Services
- Coordinate with well integrity and well services engineers to procure inventory and spares.
- Ensure vendor delivery within lead times.
Cost Monitoring and Forecasting
- Provide monthly WIS Value of Work Done (VOWD) estimates to finance for month-end closing, including well intervention, data acquisition, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
Contract Administration
- Support WIS contract change orders and administration.
- Review and monitor contract utilization.
- Assist in Master Procurement Planning (MPP) for the WIS department.
Other Business and Technical Support
- Support services and equipment/materials coordination for well work activities (e.g., prepare items for approval in SAP, prepare SOs, assist in invoice processing, ATF processing).
- Participate in the Annual Stock Take at the Supply Base.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering disciplines or a professional qualification in Economics or Finance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of petroleum economics is essential.
