Job Description

The Job

• Responsible for the successful completion of the assigned construction projects in accordance with specifications and within schedule and budget limitations
• Liaise with consultants, local authorities and agency to ensure the submission matters was completed on time
  
  

Responsibilities

• Monitor the preparation of submissions. Monitor and liaise with local authorities or agencies on the approvals
• Assist the Project Manager i/c in preparation of monthly status reports, cost reports, progress reports, etc.
• Assist in conducting weekly / bi-weekly job meeting
• Liaise with consultant team on the changes or update on the contract and design matters
• Assist in on-site supervision and to ensure all policies, procedures, plans and specifications are adhered to
• Monitor job progress and quality control
• Any other duties as assigned
  
  

Requirements

• A good degree in civil engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a developer or construction firm
• Has a good knowledge of authorities’ approval procedures
• Experience in site issues and construction supervision
