Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline.
• Proven leadership in managing engineering teams in high-volume electronics manufacturing.
• Strong Lean, continuous improvement, capacity planning and CAPEX management expertise.
• Excellent analytical, root-cause problem-solving, project management and cross-functional skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects to boost productivity and quality.
• Oversee process optimization, automation, and deployment of new equipment.
• Mentor engineers and technicians to achieve KPI targets.
• Plan CAPEX budgets and align capacity with growth objectives.
• Establish SOPs, line balancing, and drive root-cause analysis for issues.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations and Maintenance and report to top management.
